Do I need to thaw my Wildgrain products before baking?

No thawing required! All of our sourdough breads, artisanal pastries, and fresh pastas are designed to be baked or boiled directly from frozen in 25 minutes or less.

How does the subscription work?

Wildgrain is a flexible membership. You can choose your delivery frequency, skip a month, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard before your next billing date.

How is the food kept frozen during shipping?

We ship our boxes using eco-friendly insulation and dry ice to ensure your products stay frozen at your doorstep, even in warm weather.

Are your products vegan or gluten-free?

Many of our breads and pastas are vegan-friendly; however, we do not currently offer gluten-free options as our focus is on traditional sourdough fermentation.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We partner with small-batch bakers and pasta makers across the US, using high-quality, non-GMO flour and clean ingredients without artificial preservatives.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your items arrive thawed or damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or a refund.
